It is hereby communicated that, with Resolution No. 32 of the Board of Directors of the Basin Authority, dated October 27, 2021, the expiration date for the mooring concessions granted under the Tender for the allocation of public mooring spaces inside and outside the port area – years 2017-2022 – has been extended to December 31, 2024.
Therefore, the expiration date of all public demanial mooring concessions, both inside and outside the port area, in effect as of the date of the resolution, is automatically extended to December 31, 2024, without the need for concessionaires to submit requests or communications to the Basin Authority.
