The buyer must submit a new registration request to the Basin Authority using the form 'Application for registration in the nautical register and issuance of identification markers for navigation', while the seller must submit a request to the Basin Authority for the issuance of a new booklet, using the form 'CO-VAR-20 - Request for issuance of a new nautical booklet for data CHANGE', specifying the characteristics of the new vessel and attaching the documents and payment proof indicated in the form.

The identification markers previously issued remain valid and must be affixed to the new vessel. To obtain the new booklet, the old booklet must be submitted.
