MOORING SPOT ASSIGNMENTS published
We inform you that with resolution no. 240 of 09/27/2024, the assignments of berths relating to the 2025-2030 tender were approved.
By 31 December 2024, the Technical Service Manager, having taken note of any changes to be made to the lists, will communicate in writing, by simple letter, to the interested parties the definitive assignment proposal, the quantification of the concession fee to be paid, the methods and the payment terms and methods for collecting the mark to be affixed to the navigation unit.
Within the deadlines set in the provision referred to in the previous paragraph, the assignee must proceed to verify the suitability of the proposed place (with particular reference to its accessibility and usability in reference to the excursion in the water level) and is required to communicate any impediments to its use. In this case, the Basin Authority will propose, if available, another suitable mooring place, otherwise the application will remain in the ranking.
The assignment of the berth is to be considered completed upon payment, within the terms set out in paragraph 6, of the concession fee.
The assignees who appear in the lists will therefore have to wait for the communication with the definitive assignment proposal to be received by January 2025, without any further obligation on their part.
Anyone who is not assigned and currently has a berth must strictly arrange for the navigation unit to be moved in time for the end of the tender (31 December 2024). Navigation units that occupy berths without title from 1 January 2025 will be sanctioned and removed.
N.B. Presentations and any observations, relating solely to mere material errors, must reach the Basin Authority no later than 31 October 2024.

Application Submission Methods:
- Online via the Basin Authority’s electronic desk, directly by the owner of the navigation unit, by accessing via SPID/CIE.

Documents to be attached to the online application***IMPORTANT***:
- Stamp duty cancellation form
- Nautical register booklet
- If the applicant does not have the nautical register booklet or if it was not issued by this Basin Authority, they must also attach all the documentation for the navigation unit (2 photos, engine usage certificate, insurance policy, various certifications)
Paper application at the Basin Authority office in Laveno Mombello (VA) during the following opening hours:

Paper application sent by registered mail with receipt confirmation to the Basin Authority office in Laveno Mombello (VA). The postmark date will be the reference for the submission.
Paper application presented at the Basin Authority offices located at the municipalities of Angera and Luino during their respective opening hours.
NO OTHER SUBMISSION METHODS ARE ACCEPTED.
Applications submitted or sent before the deadlines mentioned above will NOT be considered valid and will be declared inadmissible.
Publication of rankings: by July 31, 2024.
Submission of observations and/or objections to the rankings: by August 14, 2024.
Publication of final assignments: by October 15, 2024.
Duration of assignment: January 1, 2025 – December 31, 2030.
